To solve the complex topography economically, we utilized a site-responsive, simple modern layout. By relying on established building methods rather than overcomplicating the footprint, we were able to deliver a high-quality architectural result without budget blowouts.

Designed for Southern Tasmania’s temperature extremes of cold winters and hot summers, the home uses durable, earthy-toned fibre cement cladding, a classic Colorbond roof, and a robust structural masonry base to handle the site's exposure and ensure long-term resilience.
