7-Step Building Process
01
Discovery
If we haven't already been in touch we would love to hear from you and learn more about your project.
We will discuss which stage of the process you are in and see if we can help to get your project underway. We can discuss pre designed homes and the custom design process.

Concept Design
We visit your land, discuss your requirements, style and budget. Upon acceptance of the Preliminary Building Agreement we develop your concept design and a cost estimate is prepared.

Construction Plans
Your construction drawings are prepared, presented and finalised. Planning approval applications will be undertaken where required and we will further discuss your design as plans continue to be developed. For complex designs and sloping sites plans may move to engineering before proceeding to pricing and approvals.

Fixed Pricing
Once detailed plans and specifications have been completed we ensure that all necessary information is available to us so we can provide you the best pricing available.
We proceed to prepare a fixed price construction proposal to be presented to you for approval.
Once your deposit is received we can book in your construction slot.

Approvals
We proceed to finalise any outstanding documentation, engineering, energy assessment, and the lodging of applications with the local Council. Whilst final approvals are underway, consultations are available to assist you to select interior finishes and fixtures, select a kitchen design and develop your interior styling.

Construction
Your project is on boarded to our construction management software where you will be invited to view your live project financials, selections, and schedule. Construction of your new home will commence on the date of the secured construction start. Regular updates and various site meetings will be held with you and the Project Manager.
07
Completion
Once construction is completed your new home will be professionally cleaned, we will undertake final inspections, quality assurance checks and the final Council inspection will be arranged. At this point you will also be invited to come and inspect your new home with your project manager and when all parties are satisfied we are ready for Handover.
