We offer in-house architectural design and drafting services to provide the most simple and streamlined building process.
By unifying design and construction teams we align designs with budgets and navigate the unique set of challenges and opportunities the Tasmanian landscape offers.

Discovery
If we haven't already been in touch we would love to hear from you and learn more about your project.

We chat about which stage of the process you are in, and see if we can help to get your project underway.

If you have land we meet there to discuss your ideas, requirements, style, budget and can answer any questions you have.

Concept
In this exciting stage we undertake initial research to help us navigate the unique set of challenges and opportunities your site presents.

We prepare your site specific concept design based on your requirements and the design is presented in site plans, floor plans and 3D images using advanced 3D modelling software.

Next we request your feedback, make revisions as required and prepare a construction cost estimate based on your specific design and site.
03
Construction
In the lead up to starting construction we request consultant reports, planning permits, develop construction plans and submit approvals.
​
Selections are made and we prepare a fixed-price construction quote for signing. Finance applications can then be made where required and we proceed to finalise building permits.
​
Construction begins on the scheduled start date and you will be invited for regular site visits with our construction team, we undertake various inspections and upon completion your home is professionally cleaned ready for handover.
