A fixed price can only be confirmed following completion of design development and preparation of formal proposal or contract documentation.

All concepts, designs, drawings, images, documents and other materials prepared or provided by Axis Homes remain the intellectual property of Axis Homes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These materials are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Australia) and may not be reproduced, transferred, or used for construction or documentation without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Axis Homes accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided outside of formal agreements or contracts.

Project outcomes may vary depending on individual site conditions, approvals, design requirements and construction considerations.

Axis Homes may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

We may update Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
